Becca, the instructor at Om Yoga Hitchin Flow with Becca, has over 13 years of yoga practise experience. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training with CamYoga and is currently studying for her Advanced Teacher Training 500 Hours qualification with SIDDHI YOGA in India. Becca is passionate about sharing the authentic practise of yoga and has achieved additional training qualifications in Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Empaths, and holds a Diploma in Mindfulness. She also enjoys teaching yoga to children and young people.
Classes at Om Yoga Hitchin Flow with Becca are accessible to all, and mats, supporting blocks, and straps are provided. With a focus on affordability, the studio offers a package of six classes for just 48. If preferred, private 1–1 sessions tailored to individual needs can be arranged in Becca's lovely yoga space, OM Studio, in the heart of Hitchin.
Becca's personal experiences with anxiety and loss have shaped her passion for providing affordable and accessible yoga to others.
