The opening times of the centre are as follows: weekdays from 06:30 to 22:00, weekends from 08:00 to 20:00, and off-peak hours are weekdays from 06:30 to 16:00 and weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. Pool and spa facilities close 30 minutes before closing time, and gym facilities close 15 minutes before.
