Welcome to NOW Studio Bristol, a wellness and creative space located in Mivart Studios, Easton, Bristol. We pride ourselves in offering a variety of practises that support your overall wellness. From yoga to sound therapy, breathwork to pilates and barre, we have it all in a beautiful space with the best guides Bristol has to offer.
NOW Studio was founded and is run by Pip Roberts, who is supported by an incredible team of knowledgeable individuals that create magic within our studio walls.
The name “NOW” comes from its definition – at the present time or moment. It is also the first word in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, which translates to “Now we begin the practise of the sharing of yoga. ” This embodies the essence of yoga, capturing the importance of being present in the moment. At NOW Studio, we offer you a chance to be in the now, to capture this very moment and be where you are at.
When you sign up to our mailing list, you will receive a free meditation that helps bring you into the present moment. Our monthly newsletter will keep you up to date with our upcoming events and practises, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the NOW experience.
At NOW Studio, we offer a regular timetable with some of the finest wellness practitioners in Bristol. From yoga to barre, pilates to unwind and sound meditations, our down-to-earth instructors will guide you through each session. We offer single sessions, blocks of classes, or even membership options for those who want to make wellness a regular part of their lives.
Our yoga practises are not defined by specific genres or sub-genres. Instead, we focus on authenticity and ask our facilitators to share their true practise with you. By offering insight into the practises that support our instructors, you can trust them and journey with them on a regular basis. Each guide's practise is described in five words, and you can find more information on their trainings and influences through our booking system.
