The classes are held bi-weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9. 30am for 90 minutes.

Ryan, the studio owner and instructor, has an impressive 13 years of daily Ashtanga Yoga practise under his belt. His deep knowledge and experience in this ancient practise ensure that each class is a transformative experience for students.
