Industries, including retail and administration, but it was always my passion for fitness that drew me back.

I am a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist, with a Level 5 certification in both areas. My expertise lies in pre and postnatal fitness and massage, functional fitness, strength and conditioning, TRX, kettlebells, and animal flow. I am also well-versed in sports and remedial massage therapy, using techniques such as soft tissue release, muscle energy technique, and trigger point therapy.

Based in Walthamstow, East London and Swanage, Dorset, I offer a mobile personal training service, meaning I can come to you to train in your preferred location, whether it be your garden, local park, or other outdoor setting. I understand that everyone has different needs and preferences when it comes to fitness, so I take a personalised approach to each client. I create bespoke training plans based on fitness level, ability, and goals, ensuring that each session is tailored to your specific needs.

In addition to personal training, I also provide sports and remedial massage therapy services. As a level 5 therapist, I have a deep understanding of the body's anatomy and physiology, allowing me to effectively treat a range of conditions and injuries. I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal massage and offer treatments at Fix in East Village, Stratford, as well as from my home studio in Swanage, Dorset.

I am committed to continuously updating my skills and knowledge to stay up to date with the latest fitness standards. This enables me to keep sessions varied, relevant, and interesting for my clients. I am also in the process of becoming certified in Oxygen Advantage, a technique that optimises breathing for enhanced performance and overall wellbeing.
