Niche Yoga & Therapy

Not limited to perfumes, essential oils, and heavily scented lotions. We strive to create a space that is welcoming and inclusive for all, including those with sensitivities to scents.

In our studio, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your class to allow time for cheque-in and to set up your mat and props. Please turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent mode to ensure a peaceful practice for yourself and others.

We have a small boutique at the front of our studio where you can purchase yoga mats, props, clothing, and other yoga-related items. Our knowledgeable staff are happy to help you find the right products to support your practice.
