New Forest Academy of Dance (NFAD) is a renowned dance school located in New Milton, New Zealand. In addition to classes and exams, NFAD also offers opportunities to perform locally as well as in school shows. The school takes pride in its fully qualified teachers who have undergone years of training and continue to advance their education through professional development and training beyond the expectations of recognised bodies. All staff members are DBS checked, First Aid trained, and fully insured.

NFAD goes beyond dance training and also offers a Dance & Sports Injury Clinic, specialising in young people's musculoskeletal injuries. With their expertise in dance training and teaching, they are able to treat and advise on a range of injuries, provide rehabilitation, exercise education, and injury prevention. The clinic operates in association with Philip Cutts School of Dance and Sport Medicine.

To sign up for trial sessions at NFAD, interested individuals can fill out a registration form, indicating the classes they are interested in, such as ballet, tap, musical theatre, and more.
