The studio offers a variety of classes throughout the week to cater to different needs and preferences. These include Slow Flow, Guided Meditation, Flow, Sculpt, Hatha, Yin, and Youth Yoga. The Slow Flow class provides a heart-warming experience that focuses on movement to breath, building strength, flexibility, and relaxation. The Guided Meditation class offers a 30-minute session to cultivate calmness and inner peace.
Flow, Sculpt, Hatha, and Yin classes provide options for different levels of experience and focus on specific aspects of yoga, such as deep stretching, strength-building, and relaxation.
In addition to group classes, My Serenity Yoga also offers private sessions tailored to individual needs. These sessions can provide emotional support and a framework for personal goals. For adults, private sessions are priced at $120 per hour, regardless of whether it's for one person or a couple. For children, private sessions are available for 45 minutes to 1 hour, with a focus on yoga therapy and emotional support.
For those who prefer practising yoga with a friend or a group, My Serenity Yoga offers group sessions that can be arranged at a time and location that suits everyone. Whether it's indoors or outdoors, these group sessions create a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
My Serenity Yoga collaborates with two studios for their classes. The Black Mat studio, in collaboration with business owner Kate, is a space that welcomes students of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. It offers a traditional, relaxed, and welcoming approach to yoga with a dedicated teaching team. The Yarra Zen studio, located in Yarra Glen, provides a boutique experience and can be booked via their app.
Youth Yoga is a special programme offered at My Serenity Yoga, designed specifically for teenagers. These sessions focus on body awareness, stress management, and goal setting. It is a perfect opportunity for adolescents to balance their anxiety and learn important tools for self-care without the pressure of needing to touch their toes.
