Yang Flow Yoga is a dynamic and energising class that focuses on flowing movements and breath coordination. This practise will challenge your strength and flexibility while bringing a sense of vitality and balance to your body and mind.
Our Organic Strength and Mobility class is designed to improve functional strength, flexibility, and stability. Through a combination of yoga poses and bodyweight exercises, you will develop a stronger and more mobile body that supports you in your everyday activities.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer workshops throughout the year that explore different styles and aspects of yoga. These workshops provide an opportunity to deepen your practise and expand your knowledge of yoga.
