My Happy Body – Yoga Bristol is led by Chloe, a passionate and experienced Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience. Chloe's aim is to support physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing in a dynamic and down-to-earth way. She believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to managing life's demands, and her goal is to create a supportive community that helps individuals discover what works best for them.
Chloe offers various options for individuals to start their journey towards a happier and healthier body. She provides short meditations on her YouTube channel, which are suitable for all levels of experience and allow people to start right away. Additionally, she holds live classes on Zoom on a weekly basis, where participants only need a yoga mat and a small space in their home to join. Her full schedule includes classes for different abilities.
For those who prefer in-person classes and events, Chloe also hosts monthly sessions.
Regular Yoga practise has numerous benefits, including stress and anxiety reduction, improved posture and core strength, increased vitality, enhanced lung capacity, and improved digestion. Yoga can also contribute to regulating mental health, fostering loving relationships, and deepening connexions with oneself and the world. Chloe is excited to share the transformative power of Yoga and meditation with her students.
In addition to Yoga, Chloe also offers Sound Ceremonies in different locations, such as London, Berkshire, and Bristol. Her interest in sound healing and meditation began with her first experience at a Sound Meditation, which left her hooked and wanting more. Intrigued by the universe's message, Chloe purchased singing bowls and trained to become a Gong Master. Five years later, she continues to be fascinated by the secrets of sound healing and considers it an honour to share these experiences with others.
Sound has been a significant part of human culture since the beginning. It has been used to create a sense of community, to celebrate and mourn, and to connect with our inner selves. Chloe's sound ceremonies are unique and intuitive, offering participants an opportunity to connect with their feelings and experience a deep sense of relaxation. Each journey is different and personal, speaking to a part of ourselves that often goes unnoticed.
