Manawatu Smallbore Rifle Association (MSRA) is a target shooting club for smallbore rifle and air rifle disciplines in Palmerston North and the Manawatū. Smallbore rifle shooting uses .22 rifles, with winter events held indoors on 25-yard ranges and summer events shot outdoors on 50m ranges. The association also runs an indoor air rifle range set up all year round, with shooters focusing on ISSF-style events, and supports people who want to try it at open nights.
