Client's goals, fitness level, and any limitations they may have. We focus on functional movement patterns, strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility to create a well-rounded programme. Our small group training sessions are kept to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure each individual receives personalised attention from our experienced trainers.

Our signature programmes, LIFT, HYBRID, and HYROX, are designed to challenge and improve our members' strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels. The LIFT programme focuses on compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press to build strength and power. HYBRID combines strength and conditioning exercises to boost cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. Our HYROX workouts prepare members for the HYROX event or provide a full-body workout targeting both cardio and strength capacity.

Our coaches at Movement Fitness have over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and have helped thousands of clients achieve their fitness goals. We believe in a client-first approach, tailoring each training programme and nutrition plan to meet the individual needs of our members. Our goal is to provide a results-driven service with a high level of accountability to ensure our clients stay on track and reach their full potential.
