Yoga with Neasa is a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio located in Dublin 3. Neasa, the founder and lead teacher, brings years of experience and training to her classes. She completed her 200-hour Teacher Training Diploma with the YTTC in 2004 and has since pursued additional certifications in kids yoga, advanced teacher training, pregnancy yoga, and Womb Yoga. Neasa is also a qualified Be Activated Practitioner and Yoga Tune Up Therapy ball practitioner, offering a diverse range of classes and services to her students.
At Yoga with Neasa, practitioners can enjoy a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha yoga, prenatal yoga, mother & baby yoga, and Yoga Tune Up therapy.
