Led by Aynur, a qualified and accredited female health coach, nutrition coach, and personal trainer, Mindset-First Fitness offers personalised training and group classes that prioritise the right mindset alongside carefully planned workouts and nutrition education.
Aynur's primary focus is on female health and building a supportive community for women that motivates and drives them to be their best selves. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or improved fitness levels, Aynur knows exactly how to guide individuals to success. With her expertise as a professional trainer, she will provide clients with all the necessary knowledge about exercising, create customised workout routines, ensure correct posture, and track progress. Additionally, all personal training sessions include nutrition support and take place in a private studio located in Cherrybrook.
Mindset-First Fitness also offers group classes designed for women of all fitness levels. These classes are available in small studio groups and larger outdoor groups. The workouts are specifically tailored to enhance female fitness, promote muscle gains, and improve fat loss through cardio and resistance training. Recognising that women have unique needs and considerations in their training, Mindset-First Fitness aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
All group training sessions include nutrition support and a WhatsApp membership.
Aynur, the driving force behind Mindset-First Fitness, has an extensive background and qualifications in female health and fitness. Her passion for fitness has been a lifelong journey, encompassing activities such as basketball, yoga (bikram), and running. In 2019, she decided to turn her passion into a profession and became a certified personal trainer, mastering the art of designing workouts specifically tailored for female health. Aynur's dedication to her craft led her to complete nutrition coaching training and earn certification as a Female Health and Performance Coach through the highly respected FHP Academy, founded by Nardia Norman.
This specialised certification allows Aynur to understand female physiology throughout various stages of life and apply her knowledge to real-life scenarios. With a focus on holistic well-being, she aims to help women become stronger both inside and out.
Aynur's qualifications include Cert4 Master Personal Trainer by AIF, Certified Female Health and Performance Coach by FHP+, membership in Fitness Australia and the Australian Fitness Network, Kettle-bell Level 1 & TRX Suspension certification, Nutrition Coach certification from the Australian Institute of Fitness, Pilates Reformer & Matwork Instructor training, and First Aid and CPR certification. She is also approved for working with children.
