Claire Brejcha, the organiser of “Mindful Yoga and Deep Rest” in South Molton, has been working in the yoga and mindfulness field since 2003. With her background in Psychology from University College London and her work as an Occupational Therapist specialising in mental health, Claire brings a wealth of experience to her teaching.
