Tina's own yoga journey began over a decade ago when she sought healing and freedom from trauma and stress. Through her practise, she discovered a love for yoga and life alignment therapies, which she then incorporated into her everyday life. Her passion for self-healing through yoga led her to create a yoga practise and facilitate healing for others.
All classes at Mind, Body & Soul Yoga are guided by Tina's belief in the raw imperfect flow of life. Located in Carlyonbay, Mind, Body & Soul Yoga was established in 2013 after Tina's own yoga practise and teachings gained popularity among students who soon became yoga teachers themselves. Over the years, the studio has grown into a vibrant yoga community, where individuals come together to support each other in their personal growth and self-healing journeys.
Tina believes that showing up for oneself is one of the greatest gifts one can give. She encourages individuals to move, breathe, feel, and heal not just on their yoga mats but also in their everyday lives.
