In addition to Kali, Mettle Martial Arts Academy also offers training in Jeet Kune Do (JKD), the martial arts system established by the legendary Bruce Lee. JKD emphasises using no way as a way and having no limitation as a limitation. It is a counter-offensive system that encourages students to flow effortlessly between ranges, enhancing their natural attributes such as speed, focus, coordination, timing, strength, and agility.

Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing, is another discipline offered at Mettle Martial Arts Academy. This highly effective system of close combat utilises punches, kicks, elbows, knees, the clinch, and occasionally headbutts to overcome opponents. Known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” Muay Thai challenges the mind, body, and spirit. The classes provided are safe, fun, and energetic, offering students an excellent full-body workout and comprehensive self-defence education.
