Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing, is another discipline offered at Mettle Martial Arts Academy. This highly effective system of close combat utilises punches, kicks, elbows, knees, the clinch, and occasionally headbutts to overcome opponents. Known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” Muay Thai challenges the mind, body, and spirit.
