The opening hours are designed to accommodate clients' busy schedules, with the gym open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 9:00 pm on Friday, 6:00 am to 9:00 pm on Saturday, and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Sunday.
