As a Senior Level Teaching member of Yoga Australia, Megan Jones brings over 36 years of yoga experience to her teachings. With thousands of hours on the mat teaching and training, Megan is dedicated to helping individuals find the deep medicine that is available through the practise of yoga. Her passion lies in guiding people towards developing a progressive and supportive practise that is completely oriented around their unique needs and goals.
Through her classes, one-on-one sessions, and private sessions, Megan aims to make the practise of yoga more meaningful and effective for her students. She is a firm believer that regardless of one's starting point, yoga has the power to bring about change, clarity, and peace in how one experiences life. Megan understands that yoga often sparks questions and cultivates a supportive community, and she welcomes open discussion and idea-sharing to ensure her students are empowered to reach their health and lifestyle goals.
