I wanted to share a bit about Claire from McIntosh Massage Therapy & Santulan Yoga. Claire started her journey as a massage therapist back in 2011. Over the years, she's worked in various settings, from clinics to the spa industry. She's also had the chance to team up with physiotherapists and even taught Thermal Stone Massage at Aoraki Polytechnic between 2012 and 2015.

Claire adapts her massage sessions to suit the specific needs of her clients. She effectively blends relaxation and therapeutic techniques to get the best results. Her toolkit includes myofascial release, therapeutic/remedial massage, relaxation massage, on-site chair massage, pregnancy massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage (both pre and post-event), and thermal stone massage.

Outside her clinic, Claire has been practising yoga for over 17 years and earned her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in 2021. She teaches community classes from her home studio and online via Zoom. Recently, she’s also started uploading recorded classes on Patreon.
