Wibbs discovered his love for yoga after a knee injury, which not only helped him physically but also brought profound mental and emotional benefits. His journey led him to India, where he completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Ashtanga Vinyasa and meditation philosophy. Since then, he has continued to deepen his knowledge and practise, exploring different styles such as Yin yoga and movement therapy. With over 20 hours of teaching per week, Wibbs is dedicated to helping others find balance, mobility, and a renewed sense of well-being.
Jen, on the other hand, brings her experience as a nurse and her nurturing nature into her yoga practise and teaching. With a background in Hatha yoga and specialised training in pregnancy yoga, Jen creates a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers, allowing them to embrace the transformative journey of pregnancy. Her relaxed and down-to-earth approach helps students to feel comfortable and at ease as they explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga.
