Located in the parish hall of St. Marys Church on Haddington Road, our light-filled studio offers a welcoming environment for students of all levels. Founded by Susan and Amy, our passionate team of experienced teachers is committed to sharing the transformative benefits of yoga, movement, breathing, and community.
Our dynamic Yoga Flow classes are energising and fun, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and energised. If you prefer a slower practise, our Yin Yoga classes target deep tension and provide a restorative experience. Beginners can join our weekly Beginner Yoga Classes to build confidence and establish a strong foundation in their practise. For expectant mothers, our Saturday morning Pregnancy Yoga classes offer a nurturing space to care for both mother and baby.
