Mia's also into massage therapy, providing a space for relaxation and easing those muscles. Her skilled techniques aim to help you achieve deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Yoga plays a big part in Mia's work. She believes in the transformative power of mindful movement and breathing. So, she offers yoga classes to help you reconnect with your body and find some peace and balance.
Mia's passionate about sharing her knowledge. That's why she organises herbal tea blending workshops. It's a fun way to learn about the medicinal properties of herbs and create your own tea blends with the guidance of a tea expert.
Her values focus on a heart-centred approach to well-being and respect for nature. Mia believes our health is linked to the environment around us – from our food to our shelter. She prioritises caring for Papatūānuku (Mother Earth) and recognises the healing properties of plant medicine.
Mia’s available for home visits for naturopathy/herbal medicine, massage, and yoga sessions, making it convenient and comfortable for you. She aims to create a supportive and nurturing environment where you can feel heard and empowered in your healing journey.
