Mama Soul is a serene and nurturing yoga studio located in the vibrant town of Doonan, nestled in the picturesque Hinterland of Noosa on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. Founded and curated by Bec Simpson, a passionate advocate for movement and breath, Mama Soul offers a variety of classes and workshops centred around connecting to one's own body wisdom.

Bec, a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Active Birth Facilitator, is deeply committed to supporting and empowering women throughout their journey of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. With her partner Michael and their beautiful boys, Sonny and Banjo, Bec lives amidst the lush greenery, embodying the connexion to nature and the earth.

At Mama Soul, women are invited to gather and connect through rituals, movement, and open conversations. Bec has witnessed the transformative power of vulnerability and the collective healing that occurs when women show up for each other. She is a qualified yoga teacher, prenatal yoga teacher, active birth facilitator, women's circle leader, and certified feminine embodiment coach. Through her various offerings, Bec hopes to guide women in reclaiming the rite of passage of birth and reconnecting with the innate wisdom of their bodies.

Among the many classes and workshops offered at Mama Soul, Prenatal Yoga Terms and Weekly Mums & Bubs Classes are available to support women during this sacred time. Additionally, Mother Blessing Ceremonies provide a space for honouring and reclaiming the transformative journey of birth. Retreats combining yoga and meditation are also available, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the sacred art of movement and self-discovery.

Bec's qualifications speak to her dedication and expertise in the field. She has completed a Prenatal Yoga Teacher training of 500 hours and an Active Birth Facilitator training of 85 hours. Additionally, she is a certified Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training, a Yoga Therapist with 350 hours of training, and a Kids Yoga Teacher with 85 hours of training. Currently, she is immersed in her Feminine Embodiment Certification Training, further enhancing her ability to guide women on their unique journeys.
