Luminous Soul, located in Eganville, is a holistic wellness centre founded by Heather, a talented Silversmith and Yoga instructor. Heather brings years of connected experience to supporting individuals on their energetic evolutionary soul journey. Through intuitive healing, yoga sessions, and jewellery making, she aims to help people take ownership of their life's expression and nourish their vibe.

As a Registered Teacher and Advisory Committee Member of the Canadian Yoga Alliance, Heather offers a variety of yoga classes that blend Hatha Yoga, YIN Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Kundalini Yoga. While she has taken a sabbatical from teaching in person or virtually, free video sequences are available for viewing and pre-recorded sessions can be purchased.

Heather's journey to founding Luminous Soul began after a series of concussions left her questioning everything. She turned to yoga, reiki, and meditation for healing, and through this process, she discovered a deep connection to herself and a sense of radiant energy. This experience led her to study brain injury and neuroplasticity, opening up exciting new paths of discovery about the physical and energetic aspects of our being.

The vision of Luminous Soul is to share this knowledge with others and help them explore different systems for self-awareness and growth. Heather believes that well-being is achieved through clearing our physical, mental, and emotional energies of anything that no longer serves us. She encourages individuals to trust that the tools and information they need will arrive in divine timing and to be open to receiving.
