Lucy Hocknell is a skilled and experienced Yoga instructor based in Huntingdon. With a passion for movement and a deep understanding of the body, Lucy offers a variety of Yoga and Somatic Movement classes.

One of her popular offerings is Vinyasa Yoga, which takes place every Monday evening from 6pm to 7pm at Papworth Village Hall. This class incorporates Somatic movement, meditation, and relaxation techniques to provide a well-rounded and rejuvenating experience. The class prices are 48 for a block of 4 classes or 14 for a drop-in session.

In addition to her in-person classes, Lucy also teaches online via Zoom on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6pm. These online classes are suitable for all levels and last for 40 minutes. The fee for these classes is 8 per session.

For those looking for something beyond traditional Yoga, Lucy also offers Sound Bath sessions. These sessions combine crystal singing bowls, crystals, gong baths, drumming, and Reiki healing to create a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience. Private Sound Bath sessions are available for 60 or 75 minutes, with prices starting at 85.

Alongside her classes and sessions, Lucy sells high-quality crystals through her Sapphire & Wolf Crystals shop. She carefully handpicks each crystal with love and care, offering a range of options including polished stones, towers, raw crystals, clusters, carvings, tumbles, statement pieces, and crystal jewellery. Crystals can be purchased from her Sum up shop or by contacting her through WhatsApp or Instagram.
