Our yoga classes offer a variety of styles and levels to cater to everyone's needs. From gentle flow to dynamic vinyasa, we have something for everyone. We believe that yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, shape, or experience level. So, don't worry if you're a complete beginner – our experienced and friendly instructors will guide you through the practice, ensuring a safe and fulfilling session.
To make the booking process as convenient as possible, we offer multiple payment options. You can choose to pay via Paypal, bank transfer, or in cash in person. For a block of 4 weeks of classes, the price is £48, and if you prefer a drop-in class, it's only £14. If you're unable to make it to our physical location, we also offer online classes priced at £8.
In addition to our yoga classes, we also offer private sound bath sessions. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to relax and restore through the power of sound. Prices for private sound bath sessions start from £85. If you're interested in booking a sound bath session, please reach out to Lucy directly for more information.
When booking via Paypal, it's important to specify the session you wish to book and the amount. Once your payment is received, Lucy will send you a confirmation email. If you prefer to make a bank transfer or cash payment, please contact Lucy directly, and she will be more than happy to assist you.
