In addition to her expertise in yoga, Louisa also incorporates other holistic modalities into her teaching. She is an advanced reiki healing practitioner and incorporates energy work into her one-to-one yoga sessions, providing a unique and integrated approach to healing and self-discovery.

As a teacher trainer, Louisa is committed to empowering others to become skilled and knowledgeable yoga instructors. Her Yoga School, LKY Yoga Teacher Training, is accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals, ensuring the highest standards of training and education. Louisa takes pride in the quality and calibre of her graduates and provides ongoing support and guidance as they navigate their teaching careers.

She also holds diplomas in Tantra, Feng Shui, Ayurveda, and Moonology, which she incorporates into her teachings for a holistic and transformative experience.

Outside the studio, Louisa shares her wisdom and insights through her YouTube channel, where she offers guided meditations, yoga classes, and candid discussions on Yogic and Tantric philosophies. She also organises yoga retreats and workshops, providing opportunities for students to deepen their practise in beautiful locations around the world.
