Led by certified strength and conditioning coach Perry Adolphus, the program is tailored for adults aged 40 to 80, with a focus on body reshaping, healthy ageing fitness, and safe strength and mobility. You can also access nutritional coaching and core stability and rehabilitation support, with guidance designed around minimum twice-a-week sessions.
