Lisa Valentine invites sports players and enthusiasts to experience yoga at Manor Farm Studio in Southam. This boutique studio offers a range of yoga styles and holistic wellness courses in a comfortable, professional setting. With underfloor heating and ample free parking, the studio ensures a cosy practice environment all year round.
Specialised pre and postnatal classes are available to support new and expectant mothers. Regular classes are kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants, providing personal attention and fostering a supportive community.
Classes are offered on a half-termly basis, usually running for 6 to 7 weeks at £12 per class when booked by term. A drop-in option is also available for £14 per class. Additionally, the studio hosts independent therapists offering Thai Massage and Tai Chi Chih.
