Lindsey has been part of the Yoga community since the 80s when she discovered the practise in LA, seeking something more fulfilling than just physical exercise. Lindsey's passion for Yoga led her to make a career change in 2014, leaving behind her teaching profession to fully dedicate her time and expertise to teaching Yoga.
