This ignited her desire to not only deepen her understanding of Pilates but also share its benefits with others.

With over 15 years of experience as a Pilates instructor, Lenka is highly qualified and dedicated to ongoing education and improvement. She holds various certifications in Pilates, as well as Exercise to Music, Aqua Aerobics, Body Jam, and Body Balance. Lenka has worked in leisure centres and health clubs throughout Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire before establishing her own successful business.
