LeAnanda Yoga & Therapy Studio is a local yoga studio located in Wimborne, serving the community of Wimborne and East Dorset. The studio's mission is to uplift the lives of others through yoga and holistic therapy. Founded by Leanne, who discovered yoga and therapy while dealing with work-related stress, depression, and anxiety, LeAnanda Yoga aims to help people of all ages, shapes, and sizes unlock self-confidence and flexibility in body, mind, and heart.

The team at LeAnanda Yoga understands the struggles and challenges that individuals may face, as they have all been through difficult times themselves. They believe that yoga and therapy can transform and even save lives, just as it did for Leanne. With their caring and supportive approach, they are ready to offer a helping hand or a motivating push to assist individuals on their healing journey.

LeAnanda Yoga offers a variety of classes, retreats, workshops, and treatments to cater to different needs and preferences. Their yoga classes, available both in-person at their studio and online via Zoom, guide individuals on a journey of self-exploration through posture, breath, and meditation. The studio emphasises the importance of finding a class and teacher that resonates with each individual, ensuring a personalised and fulfilling experience.

For those new to LeAnanda Yoga, the studio offers a New Members Intro Offer, allowing individuals to try four classes in two weeks for just 25. This offer provides an opportunity to find the right teacher and class that suits each individual's needs, leading to a committed and regular yoga practise.

In addition to yoga classes, LeAnanda Yoga also offers Ayurvedic Yoga Massage training with a Level 1-3 Diploma course for individuals interested in learning a beautiful new, loving touch skill.
