That's when I decided to pursue my Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science to gain a deeper understanding of nutrition and training. I also obtained the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certificate to enhance my knowledge and skills in helping others.
As the owner of Lauren Mead Coach, my mission is to help individuals become confident and strong in their bodies while developing a healthy relationship with food. I understand the struggles and challenges that come with weight loss and creating sustainable habits.
