The team at Physiques is led by the owner, Charlie Dean. Charlie has been a member of Physiques since 1999 and took over ownership in 2013. With a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Leisure Studies and experience working at Les Mills and the University of Waikato Rec Centre, Charlie is dedicated to making Physiques a home away from home for its members. He believes in creating a supportive and friendly environment that encourages members to reach their fitness goals.

Another integral member of the Physiques team is Louisa Mahutariki-Horner, an exercise consultant with over seventeen years of experience in the fitness industry. With a passion for health and fitness, Louisa joined Physiques as a member in 1986 and has been a part of the team since 1996. She enjoys one-on-one training and is committed to helping and educating members towards a healthy lifestyle.
