For those interested in using weights, she offers a 6-week introductory course consisting of 6 30-minute sessions, aimed at building confidence and teaching proper technique, priced at 100. Additionally, Laura offers a 6-week programme called “Rebalance Stretch & Breathe” focusing on spinal decompression, stretching, and breath-to-movement exercises, priced at 135 for one 30-minute session per week.
