K (Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) practitioner, specialising in back and core training.

In terms of pricing, Laura offers personal training sessions starting from 80 per month for 30-minute sessions, 120 per month for 45-minute sessions, and 160 per month for 60-minute sessions. For those interested in using weights, she offers a 6-week introductory course consisting of 6 30-minute sessions, aimed at building confidence and teaching proper technique, priced at 100. Additionally, Laura offers a 6-week programme called “Rebalance Stretch & Breathe” focusing on spinal decompression, stretching, and breath-to-movement exercises, priced at 135 for one 30-minute session per week.
