About
Kung Fu London in Elephant and Castle teaches Wing Tsun Kung Fu for self-defence, wellbeing and discipline. The programme is designed to build physical strength, coordination and reflexes alongside mental training and mindfulness. Classes run on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings, with 1-1 sessions available at other times. Adults and children from 11 years old can train at their own pace with guidance from experienced instructors, in a welcoming community setting.
