Expect to be pushed to your limits with a programme that includes pad work, punchbags, skipping, medicine balls, and plyometrics.
The Women Only Boot Camp, held twice a week, provides a small group setting with a maximum of 12 participants. These 45-minute classes focus on improving strength, aerobic fitness, and mobility using kettlebells, ropes, weights, tyres, body weight exercises, and high-intensity training.
