Kulbir, the founder of KK Yoga & Therapy, is an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor specialising in Iyengar yoga. With over 30 years of practise, she is a fully certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, making her classes safe and suitable for practitioners of all ages and abilities.
Iyengar Yoga is a unique style of yoga that focuses on improving posture, flexibility, and mindfulness. Kulbir incorporates clear demonstrations and explanations of postures, with a strong emphasis on alignment and body awareness. One of the key features of Iyengar Yoga is the use of props, such as blocks, blankets, and belts.
