Over the years, Jo expanded her skill set, becoming a personal trainer and even competing in National Aerobic Championships.
In 2001, Jo retrained and qualified to teach Pilates with the Pilates Institute in London. She began teaching classes locally and has been an associate of Boyd Physiotherapy in Lymington, teaching Pilates for over 20 years. Jo is a member of the Fitness Professional and is passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with her clients. At 52 years old, she is living proof of the positive impact Pilates can have on strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
