Ki Aikido is a New Zealand dojo offering a Japanese mind-body coordination practice that blends Ki development, Aikido techniques, breathing, and meditation. Led by Cristian Filimon Sensei, it emphasizes non-competitive personal development and stress management, welcoming beginners of all ages and fitness levels. The curriculum includes Ki Development, Ki Aikido, Ki Breathing, and Ki Meditation, aimed at building calm minds and coordinated bodies for daily life. Based at 332 Great North Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland, the school runs regular evening classes and supports rank examinations through The Association of Ki and Aikido of New Zealand. The first class is free and there are options for ongoing memberships and testing.
