Sorriso BJJ Club teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in St Johns, Auckland. It offers adult BJJ programmes with a structured curriculum based on belt level, covering fundamentals, self-defence and rolling or competition training. Kids BJJ starts from age 5, with sessions aimed at confidence, discipline and respect, alongside age-group classes.
