ANK Taekwondo Academy is a martial arts school in Auckland, teaching Taekwondo in a safe, equipment-equipped training environment. The academy runs junior classes for learning basics, setting goals and progressing through Taekwondo movements, plus adult classes focused on strengthening muscles, relieving stress and learning basic self-defence techniques. There is also specialised poomsae training for structured purpose and participation in competitions.
