Welcome to Keyhaven Yacht Club, located in the stunning surroundings of Keyhaven, New Zealand. With its prime location, our members are able to enjoy breathtaking views of the Solent and the Isle of Wight. Whether you are an experienced sailor or just starting out, Keyhaven Yacht Club offers a range of activities and facilities to cater to all levels of expertise and interests.
At Keyhaven Yacht Club, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our members. Our club organises various events throughout the year, such as quiz nights and family pizza and movie nights, providing opportunities for socialising and bonding with fellow members. The quiz nights are especially popular, with teams of up to six people competing for just 5 per team. Non-members are also welcome to join in the fun, as members are allowed to sign in up to four guests, up to six times a year.
For families, our Family Pizza & Movie Nights are a great way to spend quality time together. While the children enjoy playing hide and seek in the Club and boat park or watching a movie on our large projector screen, the parents can socialise with other parents and relax. The films shown during these evenings are age-appropriate and are chosen by the children through a vote on the night.
In line with the latest trends in convenience, Keyhaven Yacht Club has become a cashless club. As of January 1, 2024, all transactions at our clubhouse must be made using cards or contactless payment methods. So, please ensure you have your preferred payment method with you when visiting the club.
We are also actively seeking Quizmasters to host our popular quiz nights throughout 2024. If you are interested in becoming a Quizmaster, please contact Claire in the office for more information and available dates.
At Keyhaven Yacht Club, we offer more than just social events. We have a Crew Finder service, allowing members to find opportunities for crewing or for boat owners to find crew members. Additionally, our Duty Roster ensures that all 470 duty slots are filled to provide a smooth operation of the club.
