It is deeply nourishing for those experiencing chronic stress, illness, fatigue, anxiety, or postnatal depletion.

In-person classes are held on Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings at Mindful in Emerald, VIC. Additionally, monthly Restorative Sundays are offered at The Wellspring in Warburton, VIC. These Restorative Sundays provide a 90-minute opportunity to find deep rest and unravel tension in both the body and mind. Attendees will learn how practising conscious relaxation can heal the effects of stress on the nervous system, making them less reactive and more present in their daily lives.

For those who find getting onto the floor difficult, Katherine Spargo also offers Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga is a modified practise that uses the chair for support. It offers all the same benefits as traditional yoga while catering to those with mobility limitations. Similarly, Desk Yoga targets stress and tension in the neck, shoulders, arms, and wrists, making it a great option for corporate employees or individuals working from home.

Chair and Desk Yoga sessions can be arranged for both individuals and groups, either in-person or online.
