Gentlemen, listen up! Wednesdays from 8.00pm to 9.00pm are reserved exclusively for you with the Men Only Yoga class at Beaconsfield Town Hall (HP9 2PP). Don't worry about your level of experience because this class is suitable for all, and yes, a 6-week course booking is required. Ladies who want to embrace their journey through menopause can join Kate for the Menopause Yoga class. Starting from January '24, these classes will be held every other Friday from 9.30am to 10.45am at Beaconsfield Town Hall (HP9 2PP). Please note that spaces are limited in this small group setting, so don't hesitate to secure your spot. You can choose to drop in or purchase a 4-week class pass for added convenience.
