On Thursdays, there is a Yoga Group Class with Paul Riddy from 6:00pm – 7:20pm at St Boniface Church Hall, Shirley High Street, Shirley, Southampton, SO15 5HJ. This class is suitable for all levels, and participants are guided through a practise that focuses on gentle controlled breathing, postures, and developing the ability to focus.
Karuna Yoga School also offers workshops and retreats throughout the year, providing an opportunity for students to delve deeper into their yoga practise and explore different aspects of yoga.
