Mark's journey with yoga began in 2003 during his travels in Byron Bay, Australia. Upon returning to the UK, he started attending regular classes and discovered IYENGAR yoga in Buckden. Through his consistent practise, Mark experienced the transformative benefits of yoga both physically and mentally. This led him to pursue teaching and become a certified Iyengar yoga teacher.
To become a qualified Iyengar teacher, Mark underwent rigorous training and obtained his Introductory Level 2 teaching certificate in 2012. He continues to deepen his knowledge and skills by attending workshops, training courses, and conventions led by senior teachers.
